The conference was organized by the Radiobiology Group of the Society of Radiotherapy and Tumor Therapy, Chinese Medical Association, the Third Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University, Yunnan Cancer Hospital, the Professional Committee of Radiotherapy of Yunnan Anti-Cancer Association, and Yunnan Province. The physicians' Association of oncology and radiation physicians jointly undertakes. Speeches were delivered by Wang Canping, Secretary of the Party Group of the Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission, Wu Hongming, Vice President of Kunming Medical University and Secretary of the Party Committee of Yunnan Cancer Hospital, and Li Lihua, Vice President of the Party Committee of Kunming Medical University. Liu Zhimin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Yunnan Cancer Hospital, Vice President Yang Haijun and Secretary of Discipline Committee Xuyuan attended the meeting.
